Contracts and Letters

This page provides a list of contract and letter templates that can be used within the application. Users can create, edit, and delete templates.

1. Add a Contract or Letter

Click the plus button and fill in the following fields:

• Name: The document's name.
• Upload: Upload an existing Word document.
• Write: Type content in the Rich Text Editor.

  

• Available Variables: Placeholders like {{.name}} and {{.email}} are replaced with actual values when the document is generated.

  

2. Contracts and Letters List

Displays Name, Last Updated, and Actions (Edit / Delete) for each template.
