Sharing Your Application With Others
If you need help finishing an application, you can share it with someone else rather than sending them your login. They get their own way in, at whichever level of access you choose.
View or edit

| View | Read the application. They cannot change anything. |
| Edit | Change answers and attachments, the same as you can. |
An edit collaborator cannot share the application with anyone else, or remove another collaborator. Only you, as the person who started the application, can manage who has access to it.
Sharing it
Open the application and choose to share it, enter the person's email address, and pick view or edit. They receive an email naming the specific application and grant, so they know what they are being asked to help with before they click through.
Sharing with someone already on the list updates their access to whatever you just chose. If you had previously removed them, sharing again brings them back rather than failing.
Removing someone
Remove a collaborator from the same place you added them. They lose access immediately.
