Deleting a Draft Application
If you started an application you no longer need, you can delete it from your applications list, as long as it has not been submitted.
How to delete a draft
Open your applications list.
Find the draft and choose Delete draft (the bin icon on that row).
Confirm when Optible asks.
What gets removed
Deleting a draft is permanent. Optible removes the application, along with the files you uploaded to it and the copies of those files saved to your document library. It cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep first.
Who can delete a draft
Only the person who started the draft can delete it. If someone has shared a draft with you, the delete option does not appear for you.
Only drafts can be deleted. Once an application is submitted it can no longer be deleted this way.
If the draft is saved by you or a collaborator at the same moment you delete it, Optible stops the delete and asks you to refresh the page. Check the draft and try again.
Drafts you forget about
Drafts that nobody touches are cleared out automatically. If you have an email address on the application, Optible sends a warning first.
