Branding Your Applicant Experience

Applicants see Optible's look by default. An organisation admin can add your logo, colours and wording so the applicant experience feels like yours.

Before you start

You need to be an organisation admin. Open Settings from the profile menu, then Branding under Organisation settings. Other team members cannot change branding, although it applies to everyone in your organisation.

What you can change

  • Logo. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 512 KB. SVG files are not accepted. The logo is not applied until you save your changes.

  • Colours. Choose a brand colour and an accent colour, separately for light and dark mode. Optible can suggest colours from your logo, shows a live preview of both modes, and warns you when button text would be hard to read.

  • Wording. Reword selected labels the applicant sees, in each language Optible supports. Only labels that are meant to differ between organisations can be changed, and your wording must keep the same placeholders as the original text.

Where it shows

  • Applicant sidebar. Your logo replaces the organisation switcher. If you have not set a logo, the switcher stays as it was.

  • Applicant colours and wording. Your colours and wording apply across the applicant experience.

  • Emails. Your logo appears in the header of emails Optible sends for your grants. If you have no logo, Optible's logo is used. See Email Templates.

The Support button keeps Optible's colours on purpose, so applicants always recognise where to get help.

Good to know

  • Changes can take a few minutes to show. A new logo can take up to five minutes to appear in emails and in the app.

  • Nothing breaks if branding is missing. If a logo cannot be found, Optible's logo is shown instead of a broken image.

  • Branding belongs to the organisation. It is the same for every grant. Which columns applicants see in their application list is set per grant instead, in Grant Settings.
